THE TRIGGER
Having travelled through two of the hottest deserts in the world, the idea was naturally to go to the other extreme: the Arctic, in the middle of winter, among the coldest places on the planet.
THE OBSTACLE
At -35°C, no stove means no water: everything is frozen, the snow has to melt to make drinking water available. The problem is no longer one of comfort, it's a matter of survival and it had to be resolved as quickly as possible.
THE END
We had to ration water and food. After a few days, I finally managed to reach civilization, with some frostbite on my lips along the way.
